Job summary

Coretelligent, LLC. is seeking an experienced IT professional to own and deliver complex migrations and cloud initiatives. The role focuses on Exchange and Microsoft 365 migrations, supported by hands-on work with migration tooling and directory services.

The position requires 5+ years in IT with strong M365 experience, Windows Server and DNS familiarity, and willingness to travel for migrations while enabling remote work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience with substantial M365 administration or migration delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 tenant migrations.
• Working familiarity with Windows Server, DNS, firewall connectivity, and cloud file platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform migrations for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
• Configure and operate migration tools such as Quest On Demand Migration, AvePoint Fly, or similar.
• Support Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, authentication, and mail flow dependencies.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience with substantial M365 administration or migration delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 tenant migrations.
• Working familiarity with Windows Server, DNS, firewall connectivity, and cloud file platforms.
• Annual salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 with bonus eligibility.

• Remote work with travel required at least once a month and occasional nights/weekends for migrations.
