Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage Exchange Online in a hybrid environment onsite in Torrance, CA. You will handle L2–L4 support, mail flow, connectors, and security configurations while ensuring high CSAT and on-call incident resolution.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in IT with 4–5 years in large-scale M365 environments, a Master’s degree, and relevant Microsoft Certifications. Onsite presence and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall experience in IT with 4–5 years managing a large-scale M365 hybrid environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Exchange Edge server administration.
• Proven ability to handle mail flow, connectors, and anti-spam/delivery troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients and manage onsite service delivery.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Exchange Online at L2–L4 levels.
• Manage mail flow, connectors, and hygiene configurations in hybrid setups.
• Implement and monitor security with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Support on-call incidents and drive problem management to resolution.
