Job summary

Kroger is seeking a hands‑on M365 Copilot Senior Solutions Engineer to implement, support, and optimize Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI workflows across the enterprise. You will design APIs, build connectors, and guide Power Platform solutions to extend Copilot capabilities and automation.

The role requires strong technical leadership, experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, and a commitment to secure, scalable AI deployments that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs/connectors for Copilot and Studio agents.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Scripting in PowerShell and automation in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with security, governance, and compliance in M365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure components to meet SLA, DR, and security needs.
• Develop scripts/templates for automatic provisioning across on‑premises and cloud.
• Support Copilot workflows, prompts, and automation; assist with tenant configuration.
• Provide 24x7 on‑call support for Copilot incidents and issues.
• Mentor teams and help establish standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable applications on cloud infra.
