Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field; Microsoft certifications in M365/Power Platform/security are a plus.
• 5+ years in Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365 senior technical leadership with enterprise enablement, adoption and change management experience.
• Hands-on experience in low code environments—Power Platform/Power Automate and CoPilot Studio; familiarity with pro-code AI development environments.
• Solid technical background for AI development; proficiency in Python/Java or scripting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook/Exchange) and governance/administration of Copilot and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise Modern Work enablement and adoption by creating Copilot and Power Platform rollout plans and success measures.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and design high-impact Copilot and automation use cases.
• Own Power Platform environment governance, data services (Dataverse), and access controls.
• Develop strategy for data connectors and enterprise rollout across the platform.
• Lead Copilot governance, including features, access rights, and guardrails with Security/Compliance teams.
• Oversee platform administration, environment strategy, DLP policies, lifecycle, and monitoring.
