Trustmark Services Company in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Solution Engineer – Microsoft Copilot, M365 Security & Governance to lead the technical strategy, administration, governance, and adoption roadmap for Copilot across the enterprise.

You will partner with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Collaboration, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to define standards, evaluate new capabilities, and ensure responsible AI usage while aligning with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of related experience.
• Experience with enterprise security, governance, and AI-enabled productivity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy, administration, governance, and adoption roadmap for Copilot across the MS 365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Collaboration, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to define standards.
