Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a M365 Systems Analyst to join a large Austin-based organization on-site in Austin, TX. You will provide technical support and administration for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

You will support Exchange, OneDrive, Purview, Viva, and Loop, troubleshoot issues, monitor health, and document configurations to maintain high availability. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, implement productivity solutions, and plan IT

Qualifications

7+ years of experience administering M365 environments in a large organization.
7+ years with Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, and OneDrive.
Experience implementing governance and compliance policies in a regulated environment.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, problem-solving, and security best practices.
Ability to create technical documentation and deliver user training.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance for Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, OneDrive, Purview, Viva, and Loop.
Support user connectivity, troubleshoot performance issues, and manage security and compliance settings.
Proactively monitor system health, document configurations, and maintain high availability.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement productivity solutions.
