You will support Exchange, OneDrive, Purview, Viva, and Loop, troubleshoot issues, monitor health, and document configurations to maintain high availability. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, implement productivity solutions, and plan IT

• 7+ years of experience administering M365 environments in a large organization.
• 7+ years with Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience implementing governance and compliance policies in a regulated environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, problem-solving, and security best practices.
• Ability to create technical documentation and deliver user training.
