Job summary
Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture, governance, modernization, and operational excellence of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Enterprise Search, Copilot Studio, Intranet solutions, and Azure-based services.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years in SharePoint, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven experience architecting large-scale Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Experience supporting regulated, highly secure environments.
- Experience leading global teams and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, governance, and roadmap planning across SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Search, and Azure Services.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery and support teams.
- Lead solution reviews and architecture governance boards.
- Drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
- Evaluate Microsoft roadmap updates and manage feature rollouts, deprecations, and platform changes.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IAM, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
