Job summary

Catalyst Mobility, formerly CALSTART, seeks a contracted Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer to design and implement MS365-based technologies, migrate data, and strengthen security. The role includes project discovery, planning, and hands-on execution while contributing to policy and compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT, a Bachelor's or equivalent, MS365 experience/certifications, and strong communications skills. This 1099 contract pays $50-$60 per hour in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT/IT infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft 365 experience and certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project planning and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and planning of technical projects.
• Leading/executing technical projects.
• Designing migration paths and leading/executing them.
• Assisting with implementation design/planning and execution.
• Assist with policy development and compliance.
• Systems hardening and maintenance.
