Job summary

EY is seeking a senior consultant to lead and deliver enterprise SharePoint Server to Microsoft 365 migrations and to build modern SharePoint Online intranets. Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations using Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare).
• Experience with at least one major migration toolset (e.g., Microsoft Migration Manager, ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, or similar).
• Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
• Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), especially for forms/workflow modernization patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead workshops and present recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience delivering in regulated or security-conscious environments, incorporating identity, governance, and compliance requirements into designs.
• Prior enterprise consulting experience (client-facing delivery).

• Design information architecture, hub/site strategy, navigation, search approach, metadata/content types, and permissions model.
• Configure and operate migration tooling, manage pilots, remediate issues, and drive successful cutovers.
