Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to design, implement, and manage the M365 GCC tenant. The role focuses on operational support, service delivery, and troubleshooting complex incidents within a dynamic, high-performing team.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supporting SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
• 5+ years of experience designing Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with M365 deployment, migration and support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to test and deploy power platform updates.
• Provide end-to-end service support for SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Dynamics365.
• Design and configure Power Platform DLP policies.
• Power Platform environment life cycle management.
• Manage Power BI environment and workspaces.
• Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams.
