Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a skilled M365 Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 services with a strong focus on SharePoint Online. You will partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable collaboration solutions enterprise-wide.

The role emphasizes automation, governance, and a proactive stance on security, compliance, and availability, in a hybrid environment with Entra and AD topology considerations.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and SharePoint Online.
• Strong experience with hybrid AD/Entra and identity management.
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize M365 services and governance.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Microsoft 365 to align with IT, Security, and Applications teams.
• Support for a complex Microsoft Entra environment and hybrid AD topology.
• Design, implement, and manage SharePoint Online sites, hubs, and information architecture.
• Coordinate with compliance to align M365 processes with regulations.
• Maintain disaster recovery planning and monitoring for critical services.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Provide incident support and escalation for end-users via Service Desk.
• Maintain documentation for security, processes, and systems.
• Plan maintenance activities with minimal business impact.
