Job summary

BKF is seeking a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead the technical integration of acquired companies into BKF’s cloud and collaboration environment. You will own architecture, migration strategy, risk, and execution standards for each integration, working with internal teams and external partners in a senior hands-on capacity.

The role requires deep Microsoft 365 expertise, strong scripting skills, and the ability to lead multiple overlapping projects while traveling to BKF and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering or cloud infra.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong PowerShell and automation skills.
• Ability to communicate risk to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work hybrid.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for M&A tech integration.
• Develop migration plans and cutover procedures.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant integrations (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Coordinate SharePoint and OneDrive migrations.
• Provide hands-on engineering, scripting, troubleshooting.
• Identify risks and communicate to leadership.
• Create integration standards and playbooks.
• Transition ownership to BKF operations post-integration.
• Travel to BKF and acquired-company locations.
