Job summary

BKF is seeking a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead technical integration for acquisitions. You will own architecture, migration strategy, risk management, and execution standards across Microsoft 365 tenant integrations and related services.

This hands-on role reports to the M&A Integration Lead and requires coordinating with multiple BKF teams. The ideal candidate brings deep Microsoft cloud experience, strong scripting skills, and the ability to guide engineers and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, or enterprise tech integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience designing or executing Microsoft 365 tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, identity, domains, licensing, and collaboration services.
• PowerShell, automation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience providing technical direction to internal engineers, consultants, vendors, or technical project teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into realistic technical plans and communicate risk to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Box, Box Shuttle, Azure, DNS, networking, and enterprise security controls.
• Microsoft/Azure or security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration architecture and migration strategy for each acquisition.
• Provide technical direction to internal engineers, consultants, and vendors.
• Coordinate SharePoint and OneDrive migrations; align with Box and Box Shuttle.
• Define integration standards, playbooks, scripts, and documentation.
• Assess licenses, contracts, gaps, and harmonization with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resource constraints, and timelines; communicate to leadership.
• Own cutover plans, hypercare, and post-integration ownership transition.
