Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas seeks a Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions to drive the end-to-end M&A process in the Americas. This leadership role focuses on evaluating, structuring, and integrating strategic acquisitions while coordinating with senior leaders and external advisors.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional diligence, develop robust financial models, and craft presentations for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct M&A transaction experience in corporate development or related field.
• Experience independently managing LOI through closing of multiple transactions.
• Operational understanding of industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in financial modeling including DCF and scenario analyses.
• Knowledge of due diligence, purchase agreements, and closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution from LOI to closing with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate due diligence across finance, tax, legal, and operations.
• Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and synergies.
• Collaborate with legal, tax advisors on deal terms and structures.
• Evaluate opportunities for strategic fit and value creation.
• Prepare materials for executives communicating rationale and risks.
• Support Day 1 readiness and integration planning.
• Continuously improve M&A processes and governance.
