ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas seeks a Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead end-to-end deal processes, due diligence, and integration planning in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong financial modeling, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to present actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Onsite in New Haven, CT, with relocation and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or business.
• 7+ years of direct M&A transaction experience.
• Experience managing multiple transactions LOI through closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution from LOI through closing and manage planning and diligence.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and synergy assessments.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership that communicate investment rationale and risks.
• Support integration planning and Day 1 readiness, with value creation focus.
