Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas is seeking a Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions to shape and execute strategic growth opportunities. You will lead the end-to-end M&A process, coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, and senior leaders to evaluate, execute, and integrate acquisitions.

Based onsite in New Haven, CT, this full‑time role requires strong financial modeling, due diligence, and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of direct M&A transaction experience in corporate development or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple due diligences from LOI to close.
• Experience with industrial or manufacturing businesses and supply chain understanding.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation (including DCF), and deal structuring expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A process from evaluation through post-close integration.
• Develop financial models, perform market analysis, and assess synergies.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence with finance, tax, legal, and IT.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and present investment rationale.
• Manage deal pipeline, LOIs, negotiations, and closing readiness.
• Support integration planning and day-1 readiness.
