Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in M&A Strategy & Governance (S&G) to support integration and divestiture activities that drive transition readiness and long-term value. This role sits within Deloitte's M&A Offering and focuses on helping organizations respond to transaction opportunities, execute separation or integration priorities, and accelerate transformation.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery.
Experience on 2+ M&A engagements.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution.
Develop workplans, track milestones, and coordinate dependencies across workstreams.
Create client-ready deliverables to support synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.
Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs and communicate recommendations.
