Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Consultant in M&A Strategy & Governance (S&G) to support integration and divestiture activities, driving transition readiness and value. You will work within the M&A I&D team to execute separation or integration priorities and accelerate transformation for clients.

The role requires 4+ years in M&A delivery, travel up to 50%, and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). This position is based in Deloitte's US practice, with opportunities across client sectors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery.
• Experience on 2+ M&A engagements.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA with 2+ years of experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Experience in professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through integration/separation planning and execution.
• Develop workplans, set objectives, track milestones, and manage risks.
• Create client-ready materials and analyses to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate recommendations.
