Job summary

Deloitte's M&A Strategy & Governance team seeks a Senior Consultant to support integration and divestiture activities driving transition readiness and long-term value. You will join the M&A I&D team to help organizations respond to transaction opportunities, execute priorities, and accelerate transformation across Day 1 to value capture.

We look for 4+ years in M&A integration/divestiture, experience on multiple engagements, strong communication, and ability to lead

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery.
Experience working on 2+ M&A engagements.
Bachelor's degree.
4+ years consulting or industry experience; MBA and 2+ years optional.
Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on assignments.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution.
Set engagement objectives, scope, workplans, milestones, and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
Develop tools and analyses such as business cases and financial models to support decisions.
Collaborate with managers and teams to validate outputs and deliver client-ready results.
