Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in M&A Strategy & Governance (S&G) to support integration and divestiture activities that drive transition readiness and long-term value within the M&A I&D team. You will work on deal closing, integration governance, and Day 1 planning to shape the future-state organization.

The role requires 4+ years in M&A integration/divestiture with travel up to 50% and a Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus. Competitive compensation and an incentive program are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery.
• Experience working on 2+ M&A engagements.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA optional with 2+ years of consulting/industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through integration and separation planning and execution.
• Set engagement objectives, develop workplans, track milestones, and manage scope/risks.
• Develop client-ready deliverables to support synergy and cost-reduction decisions.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs and communicate recommendations.
