Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in M&A Strategy & Governance (S&G) for its Integration & Divestiture team in Seattle. You will support mergers, acquisitions and divestitures through integration planning and execution, including separation, with travel up to 50%.

A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA plus additional consulting/industry experience is a plus. Join a team that guides clients through complex transitions, delivering value from Day 1 planning through post-close execution,

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery.
Experience working on 2+ M&A engagements.
Bachelor's degree.
4+ years consulting or industry experience; MBA and 2+ years of consulting or industry experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution and synthesizing overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions.
Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.
Building and selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business cases, pricing or complex financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.
Working with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.
