Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of acquisitions and strategic minority investments, including market landscapes, financial and valuation analyses, modeling, due diligence, and sign-to-close coordination.
• Evaluate inbound M&A opportunities against strategic priorities and socialize opportunities internally.
• Collaborate with product teams to analyze gaps and develop investment themes and business cases for M&A and minority investments.
• Assist in market and company research to identify acquisition targets and opportunities.
• Support projects and presentations for senior executives.
• Build trust with stakeholders and manage deal updates throughout the execution process.
• Manage the M&A pipeline and internal Corporate Development systems.
