Qualifications

• 2+ years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or related M&A roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of the M&A process and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investments, including valuation and scenario analysis.
• Synthesize information across groups to build models and assess target fit and attractiveness.
• Summarize modeling results for leadership decision making.
• Assist in structuring and managing projects from ideation to completion, including due diligence and data room management.
• Develop understanding of Lumen’s industry, operations, and strategic focus to support research.
• Maintain a comps database and publish executive-ready updates.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and senior leadership.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
