Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Valuation Advisory, or other M&A-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investment opportunities, including valuation and synergy analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build models and assess target fit.
• Summarize analyses for leadership decisions and prepare due diligence materials.
• Coordinate project activities from ideation to completion with senior leadership.
• Develop an understanding of Lumen’s industry and strategic focus for research and analysis.
