Qualifications

• 2+ years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Valuation Advisory, or other M&A-related roles.
• Excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills with strong work ethic and curiosity.
• Critical thinker capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the M&A process and experience with financial modeling.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in telecom or technology is preferred.
• Interest in new technology trends and initiative-taking.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investment opportunities, including valuation analysis and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build models and assess target fit and attractiveness.
• Summarize financial analysis for decision-makers on M&A opportunities.
• Assist in structuring and managing projects from ideation to completion, including due diligence and data room coordination.
• Develop understanding of Lumen’s industry and strategic focus to analyze opportunities and competitors.
• Maintain transaction comps database and publish executive-ready updates.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and senior leadership.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight time constraints.
