Job summary

Luminace is seeking a Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance & Strategic Modeling to advance enterprise‑wide decision making through scalable financial models, valuation work, and portfolio analysis.

You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Development, Asset Management, Tax, Legal, and Capital Markets to evaluate investments, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives using Python, SQL, Power BI, AI analytics, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in corporate/strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, or asset management.
• Strong financial modeling, DCF, project finance, and capital-structure skills.
• Experience with large datasets and asset-level financial information.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise financial models for valuation and capital allocation.
• Support portfolio growth analysis, investment prioritization, risk modeling, and return optimization.
• Prepare board, executive, and investment committee materials with recommendations.
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, risk modeling, and return optimization studies.
• Evaluate strategic alternatives with robust financial analysis.
