Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Corporate and Private Equity Associate to lead private equity acquisitions and manage transaction processes for a growing platform.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of PE acquisitions experience, a JD, and active North Carolina bar membership; you will advise across the investment lifecycle and collaborate with clients and colleagues using modern legal tech.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of acquisitions experience for private equity funds.
• Ability to independently manage transactions.
• Strong academic record with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be barred in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Lead private equity acquisitions and manage transaction processes.
• Advise clients across the full investment lifecycle, including M&A and financings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify and cultivate business opportunities.
