• Bar admission in Florida or New York; JD from ABA-accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate purchase agreements and related investment agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate deal execution across teams.
• Advise on transactions including platform acquisitions, add-ons, dispositions, JVs, and minority investments.
