Qualifications

• Represent control-oriented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in transactional matters.
• Manage structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase and investment agreements, and coordinating deal execution.
• Strong negotiating and drafting, analytical writing abilities, and business-oriented problem solving.
• Five years of corporate experience at an Am Law 100 firm representing private equity sponsors.
