Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a Corporate Associate for our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, with 2 to 8 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions. The role involves representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on platform acquisitions, add-ons, dispositions, joint ventures, and minority investments.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of corporate M&A and private equity experience.

Must

possess strong negotiating and drafting skills, excellent analytical and writing abilities, and a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving. Candidates must have at least two years of corporate experience at an Am Law 100 firm representing private equity sponsors.
