Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Staff Project Manager – M&A Integrations to join the Office of the CIO in Raleigh, NC. You will lead the IT integration track for cross‑functional acquisitions, aligning systems, data flows, and capabilities so Infoblox operates as one unified organization.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, HR, Product, and Legal to design and drive end‑to‑end integration plans, measure success, and drive adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project or program management in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• 5+ years of M&A integration or large-scale process transformation preferred.
• Experience leading multi‑workstream projects spanning Finance, Sales, Ops, Customer Success, IT, HR.
• Ability to map, analyze, and redesign business processes using structured methods (BPMN, value stream mapping).
• Strong track record of decisions and accountability across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT integration across acquired entities and Infoblox teams, from discovery to post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Map current-state processes and connect to IT systems and data flows across both organizations.
• Define and manage integration plans, milestones, and resource needs.
• Create and lead cross-functional sessions and steering committees to drive alignment.
• Develop integration playbooks, templates, and governance to enable future acquisitions.
