Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Staff Project Manager - M&A Integrations to join the Office of the CIO, leading IT integration across acquisitions. You will align systems, data flow, and technology capabilities to operate as one unified organization.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, Legal, and IT, driving end-to-end integration plans, tracking KPIs, and ensuring minimal disruption to customers and employees. A strong background in PM and M&A is essential.

Qualifications

15+ years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
5+ years of experience in M&A integration, business process integration, or large-scale process transformation.
Proven experience leading multi-workstream projects that span multiple business functions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; PMP/PgMP/Prosci a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the IT integration track across acquired entities and core Infoblox teams.
Partner with functional workstream leads to map current-state processes and connect them to IT systems and data flows.
Define and track integration milestones, risks, and change requests with clear mitigation paths.
Create and maintain integration playbooks and executive-ready updates for leadership.
