Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Program Manager, IT – M&A Integration for a 6-month contract to lead cross-functional planning and execution across IT systems and tools during pre-close, Day 1, and post-close phases. The role focuses on ensuring Day 1 readiness, reducing disruption, and delivering a coordinated path to the target state within a remote-Western US capacity.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, technology integration, IT transformation, PMO, or strategic operations.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs with executive visibility and dependent workstreams.
  • Demonstrated experience with M&A integration, enterprise transformation, systems consolidation, or operating-model change.
  • Expertise in integrated planning, milestone management, RAID tracking, dependency management, cutover readiness, and executive reporting.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, identity and access, cybersecurity, data, collaboration tools, and end-user technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Power BI, or comparable program-management platforms.
  • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools for productivity, reporting, data analysis, workflow automation, or decision support, with sound judgment regarding privacy, security, accuracy, and human review.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguity into clear plans, decisions, owners, and outcomes while balancing strategic priorities with execution detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate decisions across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated IT systems and tools workplan across pre-close, Day 1, post-close, and target-state integration phases
  • Coordinate systems inventory, application rationalization, migration readiness, data movement, and legacy-tool retirement activities
  • Establish milestones, dependencies, critical path items, risks, issues, decisions, and readiness checkpoints across technical and business teams
  • Run cross-functional working sessions and operating cadences that drive accountability, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment
  • Partner with IT, Information Security, HR, Finance, Sales, Product, Support, and acquired-company stakeholders to define sequencing, ownership, and transition requirements
  • Track identity, access, endpoint, network, collaboration, infrastructure, security, and business-application readiness for close and post-close operations
  • Prepare concise executive updates that summarize progress, critical decisions, risks, dependencies, resource needs, and value realization
  • Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, decision registers, dashboards, playbooks, cutover plans, and transition documentation
  • Use Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Power BI, and approved AI capabilities such as Copilot to summarize meetings, draft status content, analyze program data, identify action-item trends, and reduce follow-up effort while validating outputs and protecting confidential information
  • Define and monitor measures such as integration completion, tooling consolidation, service readiness, security posture, operational stability, and technology synergy realization
