Job summary

MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to build and run the operational backbone for how MongoDB integrates its acquisitions, translating each deal thesis into a durable business outcome.

As the Senior Manager, M&A Integration, you will lead integration planning and execution from LOI through post-close, coordinate with Legal, HR, Finance, IT, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Product & Technology, and support the IMO with governance and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of progressive experience in M&A integration or related fields.
• Experience leading or supporting post-merger integration across multiple functional areas.
• Ability to translate deal theses into execution plans and KPIs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor/stakeholder management.
• Comfort operating with autonomy in ambiguous, deal-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day integration planning and execution from LOI through post-close.
• Own integration playbook development with checklists and templates.
• Coordinate across Legal, HR, Finance, IT, GTM, Marketing, and Product & Tech.
• Present integration status to Chief of Staff and Corp Development.
• Manage Day 1/Day 100 readiness and synergy realization.
