• Led at least three integrations end to end, including cross-border transactions or those with complex product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration for inorganic growth, from diligence through Day 100 and steady-state.
• Chair the Integration Management Office and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop Day 1 readiness, milestones, and escalation paths to executive sponsors.
• Prepare executive and board status updates and governance materials.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
