Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Director of M&A to lead the North American M&A function. You will oversee the full deal lifecycle, from target evaluation to post-close integration, coordinating across finance, operations, and technology to deliver measurable value.

Candidates should have 8–10 years in M&A or senior finance roles, strong accounting knowledge (GAAP/IFRS), and proven leadership of a large deal team. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of M&A, finance or senior-level accounting experience required.
• Legal exposure is preferred but not required.
• Proficient deal analysis, negotiation and execution.
• Extensive knowledge of accrual accounting concepts and corporate finance with leadership of a large M&A team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate trends and integrity of Target's financial statements to build investment models.
• Lead due diligence across commercial, financial, products, operations, tech, sales and marketing.
• Support modeling and financial analysis for transactions.
• Refine market research and IFRS/GAAP alignment for NA implementation with UK Group accounting.
• Collaborate with units to build business cases with synergies and cost forecasts.
