Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Director, M&A Transactions & Strategic Planning to lead execution across strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. This role will drive execution, ensure risks are managed, and maintain strategic priorities. Ideal candidates will have 8-12 years of experience in M&A, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's in Engineering. The salary range for this position is $159,200 - $254,700, plus discretionary bonuses and benefits such as medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic planning, M&A transaction execution.
• Direct experience leading complex M&A transactions.
• Experience in technology or semiconductor environments.
• Strong ability to engage with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of assigned transactions from diligence through close.
• Run the transaction operating cadence and maintain a single source of truth.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence and ensure integration plans align with deal values.
• Establish and run operating cadence for enterprise strategic planning.
