Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support acquisition integration planning and execution across Treasury, Finance and Accounting. This hands-on role requires direct experience of global M&A integration, including Day 1 readiness and post‑close activities.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst or equivalent in global M&A integration.
Hands-on knowledge of Day 1 readiness and post-close integration activities.
Strong understanding of corporate Treasury processes and finance systems.
Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes and produce functional specs.
Excellent stakeholder management, able to collaborate with senior Finance leaders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Review and refine Day 1–100 integration requirements across Treasury, Finance and Accounting, identifying gaps, dependencies and additional requirements.
Lead requirements workshops with Finance leadership, Treasury specialists, business unit accounting teams, IT teams and acquiring-company stakeholders.
Translate high‑level business requirements into clear functional requirements, acceptance criteria and actionable tasks for delivery teams.
Support Day 1 readiness, implementation, cutover and subsequent stabilisation activities.
Help business teams prepare for new processes through process documentation, stakeholder communication and knowledge transfer.
