Accenture is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst – Sourcing & Acquisitions to support post-merger integration from a procurement perspective. You will work with local Sourcing and Category Management teams and collaborate across functions to ensure policy compliance, supplier portfolio management, and effective contract handling.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• English & French – B2-C1 or English & Italian – B2-C1 level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or similar role.
• Experience with procurement processes, supplier-related activities, data verification, reporting and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong relationship management and proactive customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Support project management, planning and execution for post-merger integration from a sourcing & procurement perspective.
• Support local Procurement Sourcing and Category Management teams.
• Collaborate with teams on acquired company’s supplier and contractor portfolio and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Manage procurement-related requests and escalations; contribute to reporting and documentation.
• Provide guidance on policy and compliance to stakeholders from the acquired company.
• Engage with suppliers professionally and negotiate basic contractual terms.
• Identify needs for compliance for acquisitions supplier base and determine next steps.
• Investigate issues and bring to resolution for business and suppliers.
• Assist S&CM to set up or terminate contracts with suppliers.
• Summarise information to determine key points and dependencies.
