The role focuses on counseling corporate clients and private equity sponsors on issues arising from acquisitions, leadership transitions, and post-closing integration, coordinating with Healthcare, Private Equity, and M&A teams across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Counsel corporate clients on employment issues arising from acquisitions, divestitures, leadership transitions, restrictive covenant disputes, and post-closing integration.
• Lead employment-related due diligence in corporate and private equity transactions, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Independently manage complex employment matters and transactional workstreams.
• Advise senior executives and corporate leadership on sensitive personnel and governance issues where discretion is essential.
• Provide mentorship to junior associates through guidance and feedback.
