• Lead the evaluation and assessment of potential acquisition opportunities presented to the company.
• Support the full acquisition process from initial assessment through deal closing.
• Drive the analysis of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support transaction decision-making.
• Coordinate transaction activities with external investment bankers, accountants, and consultants.
• Partner internally with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and Executive Operations.
