GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior M&A Counsel to drive complex, high-stakes M&A transactions across global markets. You will lead deal strategy, negotiations, and post-closing integration while engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will advise on deal structures, draft and negotiate transaction documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build scalable M&A governance and knowledge sharing frameworks for sustained growth.

Qualifikationen

• Lead all legal aspects of assigned global M&A transactions from inception through post-closing matters.
• Advise on deal structures including stock purchases, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and mergers.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents (purchase agreements, NDAs, LOIs).
• Collaborate with antitrust, securities, and other experts for regulatory compliance.
• Oversee post-closing activities and ensure ongoing obligations are fulfilled.
