Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics required (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years in M&A, partnerships, or business development with - property and casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Proven ability evaluating acquisition opportunities and managing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Generate acquisition strategies independently and with business unit leaders.
• Source and screen acquisition targets; develop strategic/financial fit views.
• Own due diligence and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations to drive deal close.
