Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Corporate Development Specialist to drive due diligence and strategic initiatives, partnering with Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing and business-case development. You will build waterfall models and financial forecasts to evaluate opportunities and shape integration plans for end-to-end transactions.

You’ll mentor junior team members, perform market research and competitive analysis, and deliver executive-level presentations for reviews and investment committees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Experience structuring complex problems and delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Experience building financial models, including waterfalls and forecasts, ROI frameworks.
• Experience with Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Tech market.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights using large data sets in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of business case for acquisitions and equity investments.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Partner with business leaders to define strategic objectives, assumptions, plans and success metrics.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership reviews, boards, and committees.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities, leading due diligence.
• Establish standardized frameworks and methodologies for business case development.
