Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Merger & Carveout Services (MCS) team. You will support buy-side and sell-side engagements, build standalone cost models, and run synergy analyses across industries.

The role emphasizes leading technology workstreams, managing budgets, and delivering data-driven recommendations. You will mentor analysts, apply AI-enhanced analyses, and contribute to proposals and client pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/LeanIX/Smartsheet certifications are a plus.
• Experience developing financial models and evaluating standalone cost analyses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and quality assurance skills.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side merger, integration, and carve-out engagements for PE and corporate clients across industries.
• Develop standalone operating cost models, one-time separation costs, synergy analyses, and TSA considerations.
• Analyze business applications, infrastructure, data, and technology operating models for risks and value creation.
• Lead technology workstreams and manage project plans, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, sharing knowledge and ensuring quality of deliverables.
