Job Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate transactions, emphasizing public and private M&A, including startups and venture capital deals.
• Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions, with proficiency in drafting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high maturity, and proven willingness to accept significant responsibility while managing a demanding workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.
• Admission to the California Bar.

Expected Pay Range

$310,000 to $390,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and additional benefits.
