The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience advising clients on commercial and licensing agreements, intellectual property matters, and product counseling, particularly in the context of cloud computing products and services, software, patents, IT procurement, supply chain, semiconductor, and AI/machine learning.

$235,000 to $365,000 annually
