Job Requirements

• 3‑7 years of experience in finance or corporate practice.
• Substantial experience in lender and borrower representations, including broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit facilities.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, closing deliverables, including secretary’s certificates, resolutions, legal opinions, schedules and exhibits.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is beneficial.
• Diligent, proactive, supportive, team oriented, superior drafting skills and a strong academic background. Willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction, and work product.
• Must be admitted to practice law in California.

The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is $260000 to 390000 $ per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
