The position emphasizes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing diligence, and leading workstreams while collaborating across offices and practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A experience.
• Experience with public and private company M&A preferred.
• Knowledge of federal securities laws and/or Delaware corporate law preferred.
• Experience with technology and life sciences companies is a plus.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
